Solera Reserve HOA Pool Shade

Poolside HOA shade that cools seating zones and helps the community pool stay usable through peak summer heat.

Project overview

At Solera Reserve, the pool deck was doing its job—except in the middle of the day, when heat drove residents indoors. The association needed shaded seating that looked intentional in a community amenity, survived chlorine and moisture, and did not overwhelm the deck with posts. We delivered poolside shade sized for how people actually gather: loungers, conversation, and afternoon sun.

Challenge

HOA boards need shade that members notice for comfort and aesthetics, while facilities teams need corrosion-aware materials and clean maintenance access. The structure had to fit an existing deck layout without forcing a redesign of furniture or circulation.

Solution

We engineered a custom poolside shade with corrosion-resistant finishes and UV-blocking fabric suited to aquatic exposure. Residents get cooler seating; the association gets a finished amenity that extends usable pool hours instead of fighting the heat.
