Project overview
Outdoor dining only works if guests stay seated. Sharky’s needed commercial patio coverage that could take Midwestern sun, look like part of the restaurant brand, and open up more of the deck during peak lunch and late-afternoon hours. We engineered a full outdoor dining shade so comfort and capacity move together.
Challenge
Restaurants lose covers when the patio feels like a skillet. Sharky’s needed broad coverage, durable materials, and a structure that does not fight waitstaff flow or existing seating layouts.
Solution
We delivered an engineered commercial shade structure spanning the outdoor dining area with UV-stable fabric and a powder-coated frame. Guests stay longer; the patio earns its keep on bright days instead of emptying out.
